Paul Desisto
Before he ever managed talent, Paul was a DJ and a club chart reporter for Billboard, learning to spot what was next before everyone else. He brought that instinct to talent management in 2013 and created the endorsement division at Central Entertainment Group, brokering early deals between celebrities and major brands.
In 2021 he founded PD Talent and built creative and affiliate teams when few agencies had them. Today it’s a team of 30 on the Inc. 5000, and Paul has been behind more than $500 million in brand deals for his clients.
Paul is the CEO of celebrity partnerships. In the crowded space of social media, Paul has brought invaluable insights and information to help us grow our partnership program strategically and efficiently. He has become an extension of the BrüMate team over the last few years and we can always count on him to provide us with strategic recommendations for lasting relationships with creators!
